Meet Me: Michele OBrion

Hi, I'm Michele.  I've led global HR and talent strategy across fintech, crypto, and financial services partnering with executives at PayPal, Mastercard, and BBVA scaling and building teams, including building global fintech businesses, a crypto division, launching PayPals stablecoin, integrating acquisitions, and coaching leadership teams that are navigating hyper-growth, ambiguity, and change.

I have worked closely with C- suite, Execs, Founders and new to seasoned people leaders navigating challenging situations and conversations, helping them develop their leadership style. I provide both a mix of consulting (diagnose and share effective strategies) and coaching (explore values, brainstorm goals and ways to achieve them).

With a deep ownership mindset, I bring creative problem-solving, and intuition to every engagement. I enjoy building cultures, teams, developing leaders, and crafting people strategies. I connect the human and strategic sides of the business to unlock trust, and transformation.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained at Co-Active Training Institute, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) through HRCI.
